This Valentine's Day be Inspired by Red 2.11.12 and 2.14.12

Passion has evoked pink blushed cheeks to red violet lips since the dawn of time.  The color red has adorned royalty since the spice trade as a sign of strength and love.

This Valentine's Day Chef Renee has shaped a menu which will take you on a dance with hughes of flirtation.  Each course becomes more passionate with red, ending with the deepest crimson of love. 

Buttermilk and Cardamom Panna Cotta with Raspberry, dusted with Pink Peppercorn complimented with a savory tulle  

Montand Brut Rose

Cream of Celery Soup with Strawberry Rhubarb Pure, toasted Walnuts and Blue Cheese   Seared Tuna with Vanilla and Balsamic adorned with Petite Greens and Pickled Beet and Radish          

Windsor Sonoma Pinot Noir


Wild Rice and Cranberry stuffed Duck Breast accompanied by blood orange and Red Onion Marmalade with sautéed Spinach

Mocha Rubbed Seared Filet of Beef drizzled with a red wine fig reduction accented with Pomegranate, served with Sautéed Green Beans and Yukon Puree
