Evening Wedding Packages

All evening wedding packages listed below include:
> Two dressing rooms for one hour with cheese, crackers and beverage of choice
> Day-of-event coordinator*
> Ceremony set up
> Reception set up
> Cake cutter
> Dressed table for cake/dessert
> Rehearsal in accordance with Renée Kelly’s schedule
> Plates, silverware and napkins for cake/dessert

Food, beverages, service and taxes are priced separately (See minimum requirements below)

Ashford Castle Package - $3,150
Also includes:
> A four-hour wedding ceremony and reception
> One-hour of photo time

Langley Castle Package - $2,750
Also includes:
> A three-hour wedding ceremony and reception
> One-hour of photo time

Waterford Castle Package - $2,550
Also includes:
> A three-hour wedding ceremony and reception

Minimums
Food and Beverage
> Sunday-Thursday (4 p.m.-midnight): $1,500 minimum
> Friday-Saturday (4 p.m.-midnight): $3,000 minimum

Servers
> Based on a four-hour minimum; $20 per hour per server
    > Buffets: one server for every 12 guests
    > Formal dinners: one server for every 10 guests
    > Appetizer buffets: one server for every 15 guests

Bartenders
> Based on a four-hour minimum; $30 per hour per bartender
    >One bartender for 60 or fewer guests
    >Two bartenders for 61 or more guests

Please note:
> For evening weddings, the earliest arrival time is 4 p.m. The premises must be completely vacated by midnight.
> All events will start at the time scheduled. There are no exceptions.
> If outside vendors, suppliers, guest or clients arrive before the scheduled start time outlined in Exhibit A, the client’s damage deposit will be forfeited.

* Renée Kelly’s event coordinator is mandatory. Clients may hire their own coordinators but they must work with Renée Kelly’s coordinator.


Daytime Wedding Packages

All daytime wedding packages listed below include:
> Two dressing rooms for one hour with cheese, crackers and beverage of choice

> Rehearsal in accordance with Renée Kelly’s schedule

Guinevere Package - $2,550
Also includes:
> A three-hour wedding ceremony and reception
> Reception set up
> Cake cutter
> Dressed table for cake/dessert
> Plates, silverware and napkins for cake/dessert

Isabella Package - $2,100
Also includes:
> Two-hour wedding ceremony and reception
> Reception set up
> Cake cutter
> Dressed table for cake/dessert
> Plates, silverware and napkins for cake/dessert

Victoria Package - $1,500
Also include:
> This package includes building use only. Food and beverage service is not offered.

Minimums
Food and Beverage
> Sunday-Saturday (10 a.m.-2 p.m.): $1,000

Servers
> Based on a four-hour minimum; $20 per hour per server
